Questions

Is it really free, with no sign-up?

Yes, completely. There's no sign-up, no login and no daily limit: just open the page and start. It works in your browser on any computer, phone or tablet with nothing to install, and your notes are saved on your own device, never uploaded.

How are the colours chosen?

Every palette follows a colour harmony from the colour wheel, with a range of light and dark shades so the colours stand apart but still go together. It works in a colour space that matches how people see brightness, so the shades look evenly spaced.

Can I make a palette from my brand colour?

Yes. Choose "My colour" and pick or type it. Your colour is always kept in the palette, and the rest are made to match it.

How do I use the palette on a website?

Press "Copy as CSS" to get the colours as CSS variables you can paste into your stylesheet, or copy the HEX codes for Figma, Canva or Photoshop.
