When you report a problem
These details help us find and fix the problem quickly. The “Email a problem report” button fills in these questions for you.
- 1Which tool you were using, for example “Resize Image”.
- 2What you were trying to do, for example “make a photo small enough to email”.
- 3What happened instead. If a message appeared, copy its words or take a screenshot.
- 4Your device and browser, for example “iPhone 13 with Safari” or “Windows laptop with Chrome”.
- 5The kind of file and its size, for example “HEIC photo, 3 MB” or “PDF, 12 pages”.
If you can, attach a file that shows the problem. Please only send files you’re happy to share, and never send anything private, such as ID documents or bank statements.
Suggesting a tool
Tell us what you wanted to do and what you use for it today. A real example helps a lot, for example “I need to turn a voice memo from my phone into text”.
