How to edit a photo's colours
- Choose your photo
Tap "Choose picture" or drag a photo onto the page.
- Pick a look, then fine-tune it
Tap a filter along the top, or just drag Brightness, Contrast, Saturation and Warmth. Open "More options" for light, colour and effect controls, or to swap one colour for another.
- Download
Tap "Download picture" to save it. Adding more photos under "More options" lets you apply the exact same edits to them too, as one ZIP.
Questions
How do I brighten a dark photo?
Drag the Brightness slider up, or try the "Auto fix" filter, which balances light and colour automatically. If shadows are still too dark, open "More options" → "Light" and raise Shadows.
How do I turn a photo black and white?
Tap the "Black & White" filter, or drag Saturation all the way down. Try "Dramatic B&W" for a punchier, higher-contrast version.
How do I change just one colour in my photo?
Open "More options" → "Color" → "Replace a colour", tap "Pick colour to replace" and tap that colour in the photo, then choose the new colour. Tolerance controls how close a shade has to be to count, and Softness blends the edge.
Will this blur or lose quality?
No. Colour and light adjustments don't remove any detail. Sliders like Blur and Soft do soften the photo on purpose, and Sharpen adds crispness — both are entirely up to you, and set to none by default.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Use the undo and redo buttons, or Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y (⌘Z and ⌘Y on a Mac). Double-clicking any slider resets just that one control, and "Reset all" starts fresh.
Can I edit several photos the same way?
Yes. Get one photo looking right, then add more under "More options" → "Apply to more pictures". They'll get the exact same edits and download together as a ZIP.
What size and format will my photo be?
By default it keeps the original photo's size and format. Choose a different format, like JPG or WEBP, under "More options" → "Save as", along with a quality level for smaller files.
Can I see the original photo while I edit?
Yes. Press and hold "Hold to compare" above your photo to see the original for a moment, or turn on "Compare with a slider" to drag a line across the photo, with the original on one side and your edits on the other.
